Yes! We offer a 7 day trial. That means you get a full week of classes, free of charge, to try out.
After that week it's completely up to you whether you want to become a member or not.

Membership is divided in three:
1) Kids membership costs €50 per month (€40 for siblings).
2) Teens membership costs €60 per month.
3) Adult membership costs €65 per month. However, for adults there are also two additional packages: €120 for 2 months and €220 for 4 months.

Yes, we offer membership holds also. Keep in mind you need to contact the front office.

Please do. We will be happy to introduce your friend to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. They can also utilise the free trial week.

Yes, all visitors are welcome! Our gym is popular among Brazilian Jiu Jitsu tourists all year around. Drop in fee €15 for the whole day. This means that you can attend all the classes in a single day.

To begin with, regardless the class, you will need a pair of flip flops.
Furthermore, for no-gi classes you will need a rashguard and a pair of shorts without pockets or zips.
For Gi classes you will need a kimono and a rashguard.

We sell water and sport beverages. Specially electrolytes and vitamin water.

We also offer high quality training equipment such as rushguards, BJJ/MMA shorts and sport t-shirts. I addition you can get your seasonal merch from the gym, this will be sweat pants, hoodies and t-shirts.
